Refunds & Returns Policy

At Poni And Bows, each order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind once your order has been shipped.

Product Suitability
If you find a product isn’t suitable (for example, switching from thin elastic to our signature wide elastic), we’re happy to offer a replacement where possible.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs. Contact us to arrange this.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos.

We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or, in some cases, a refund.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are photographed prior to dispatch, and we can provide proof of shipment upon request.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays or lost items. 

Refunds will not be issued for delayed or missing mail.
