All orders are handmade and shipped from London, United Kingdom, using Royal Mail.

Processing Time (TAT)
All scrunchies and hair bows are handmade to order.

Please refer to our shop banner for the most up-to-date turnaround time (TAT), as this may vary depending on order volume (typically 1–2 weeks).

Shipping Timeframes
Shipping time estimates begin once your order has been dispatched:

  • United Kingdom: 1-7 days
  • International: 7-15 days, depending on the shipper

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, postal delays, or other external factors outside our control.

Important Information

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged mail once your order has been shipped. We strongly recommend purchasing tracked shipping so you can monitor your delivery and have coverage for lost or damaged items.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot update addresses once an order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping timeframes do not include processing time.
